Reviewing and assuring the contractor’s compliance with the technical requirements of the contract, including providing the contractor with technical direction, which must remain within the scope of the contract as it is written.
Review processes to assure that both NCCHC and ACA standards are being met.
Perform records review/CQI studies to identify areas of improvement. Monitor any required improvement plans.
Once a contract comes to an end and all extensions are exhausted, it is important to analyze both services and staff needed. We will review and provide feedback on the type of contract, FTEs and services.
